New Construction Inspection

As your new home nears the final stages of construction, an inspection may bring attention to areas that should be corrected prior to moving in. It is easier and more time efficient to address these issues while areas of the home are un-furnished and accessible and you have the attention of the contractor.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Knowing exactly what you are buying is imperative when negotiating a price you are comfortable with. We preform a detailed and complete inspection that is always on point and will show areas that may require repairs or additional attention. We want to offer you peace of mind when making your decision on purchasing real estate. We want to insure that your home is in favorable operating condition before you move in, and you have some idea of what may be required in the future. Our goal is to educate you on the current condition of the property.

Warranty Inspection

Most builders offer a one-year warranty on the materials and workmanship of the home. Near the end of the warranty we can assist with a final “punch-list” of items to present to the contractor. We suggest doing this type of inspection in the 11th month of ownership. Again, this inspection could save you thousands of dollars on future repairs.

Pre-List Inspection

Prior to listing your home for sale it is always a good idea to know exactly what you are selling. As Professional Inspectors, we are trained to see things that the average untrained homeowner will not . This provides insight into areas of enhancement or repair that potential buyers might expect or request. This could cost you or save you thousands of dollars. It is assumed that if conditions or situations are discovered by the inspector, the buyers’ inspector will also call attention to the same area. This will give the seller time and opportunity to make the corrections or find a contractor of their choice to perform the work. This inspection may save you from last minute negotiations and save you thousands of dollars out of your own pocket.
